Our head of executive operations is Mr Sadique who is a well known figure in the region and has well over 25 years of food industry experience and is supported by a hugely experienced front of house manager who has been head hunted from Belfast for his long standing experience, Ali and his team will ensure all of our dinners get discreet and yet attentive service.
Our head chef Mahanneshwar Mahipal is although a quiet type of chap, our diners are able to ask him directly (time permitting) for any special requests and were sure he will do his best to accommodate them.
